1. How to place an order?

Through our store you can place an order.

2. How can I pay for a order?

Once the order is made through our store, the methods of payment allowed are: paypal, visa, mastercard, american express and discover.

Credit card purchases can be processed trough Paypal.

3. Shipping

As soon as the payment concerned has been made, his article will be sent in one or two days depending on the item.

Shipping method Post office Spain by registered mail with tracking number (in the USA, Australia and United Kingdom, though the sending is with registered mail, do not have option of follow-up).

All the orders are by registered mail with the tracking number for major safety, through the company CORREOS.

The estimated delivery time is:

– Spain (2-5 working days)
– Europe and EU (5-10 working days)
– USA and rest of countries (10-15 working days)

In Spain it is sent through the company CORREOS, delivery 1 working day.

In the case of INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING, the shipment can be done through POST OFFICE or DHL, customer choice.

Before buying, through express delivery, please contact me, to see the option you choose or is indicated on your case and tell tariffs.

Other countries: 4-6 working days

DHL Delivery time:

EU: 1-3 working days
USA: 1-5 working days

In the case of foreign countries: buyers will pay tariffs and customs duties applicable . We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

The articles are sent to Etsy’s direction. If you need that the sending comes to an alternative direction, make it know.

4. Refunds and exchanges

The deadline for returning items is 30 days after delivery .

You can not change or return the following items:

Custom orders or made to order (due to the nature of these items, unless they to are get damaged or defective ) .

To report any problems with your item or items (such as are damage) , the client must contact us within 48 hours from receipt of your item, to proceed to its replacement or to make the corresponding claim to the transport company.
